Our products are made by hand with lots of love and may require some extra care to keep them looking their best.
- We do not recommend getting our products wet.
- Store in a clean, dry environment, away from direct sunlight.
- Clean using a damp microfibre cloth. Never use chemicals, and dry completely.
- Avoid exposing your magnet to extreme heat, as it can reduce its magnetic strength.
- Whilst durable, magnets can chip, crack, or lose magnetism if dropped or handled roughly.
- Keep magnets away from electronic devices, credit cards, and other items that could be affected by magnetic fields.
